Service technicians quickly identified the issue of blinking green light and fixed it with a PCB board replacement. Appointment timing was also within estimated time given. Satisifed overall with service!

Very professional service and knowledgeable technician, Jackson, who serviced my two units. Despite a lack of space due to my bed, he managed take care to service my unit without damaging any parts of my bed frame. He was speedy and finished within an hour. He also shared tips on how to reduce power usage and costs, while also suggesting best practices to prolong the lifespan of the aircon. On top of a CNY period discount, he gave us a free gift too to keep away insects and smells. Lastly, everything was detailed in a report sent to my WhatsApp and was digitised. When asked if I should call them more often such as every 3 months to clean, he was honest and said 6 months first would be better to assess how much dirt accumulated since and then to tailor from there if we needed to lower the time between cleans, as how fast each unit accumulates dirt depends on a variety of factors and differs from house to house.
Also the company responded to my initial request for a quote very quickly and I was able to slot in the technician the day after because one of my units was leaking water by then. This was great news as it was hard to work without aircon for too long.
All in all will highly recommend the service, and is value for money as it was not too expensive either. 50 per unit before discount and 120 for a flush through to clean the gel and dirt backlog in the pipes.

Really happy with the service from Shwe and his colleague! I was running late but they waited patiently for me without any complaints. They were both very friendly and professional and still greeted me with a warm smile when I arrived.
